H2 History Tuition for JC Students

What is JC History & Why is it Important?

History is a key humanities subject in Singapore’s A-Level curriculum, designed to develop critical thinking, argumentation, and source analysis skills. The subject requires students to evaluate global and regional historical developments, assess causation and impact, and craft persuasive arguments based on evidence.

Unlike O-Level History, JC History requires deeper analysis, structured evaluation, and argumentation techniques. Many students struggle with source-based case studies (SBCS) and essay writing, making it essential to master structured answering strategies.

At The Humanities Clinic, our JC History tuition program teaches students structured frameworks, step-by-step answering techniques, and exam-focused strategies to excel in H2 History.
